English Diary : Small talk(2020.09.22)

How was your day?

 

Today was not so good because my work was little tough today.

But I could stand it. because.. it’s work..

 

So how was your last weekend?

 

Um.. it was bad and funny. It’s weird to understand right? (laugh).

last weekend, my subordinate broke a Mercury manometer, which is a liquid,,,Hg.

it squirted out though the hole of the manometer and spread all over in Container.

So I had to go to work and cleaned and dealt with it.

(Mercury is 13 times dense than Water. So it’s so difficult to clean completely)

And that’s it…no, there's one more thing. I bought a online lecture about coding.

i wanna use it as a means to rearrange some datas from my work report

Any way I wanna make best use of it

 

Do you live in an area that’s popular with tourists? If so , do they ever cause any problems?

 

Actually , my home town is surrounded many factories; Hyundai

So not many people come here.

 

 

If you could introduce one rule for tourists visiting your town or city, what would it be?

 

If I have a chance to say it, I’ll say “Don’t waste your trash”

Many people just throw away their trash..and it makes streets gross, disgusting.

But I think that authorities also have responsibility. Because there are not many trash bins on streets.

 

 

Where do you think the majority of tourists visiting your country come Fromm? Why do you think this is the case?

 

I think Japanese is the majority of tourists at one time.Because Japan is the nearest country. But now.. Outbreak has made travels impossible.            

 

Would you rather go on vacation in France or Italy? Why?

 

 

 

I’d rather go to China. Because I can’t speak French and Italian languages and I'm not so much Europe lover.

So I just go to China and get some great cuisine.

 And I also want to go Salt Desert. Because that will be gone anytime soon

 

Can you speak Japanese?

 

Yeah a little bit. I learned when I was in high school.

Japanese teacher let us watch J Tv-show. So I could learn funny

But you know the characteristics of J tv show?

Their plot, acting, intonation, pronunciation are so childish. And sometimes the intonation is way too much. So it’s hard to process in my head.
it makes some goosebumps. And on one of the J-TV show I heard that Japanese think “Cute =Pretty”
